As I get older, the more I stay focused on the acceptance of myself and others and choose compassion over judgment and curiosity over fear.

– Tracee Ellis Ross

I am a wife, mother, daughter, sister, and a therapist. I love studying, especially about human behaviour and the brain. I enjoy reading about the latest research in neuroscience and its implications for therapy.

I have dedicated my life to supporting individuals as they learn, heal, and grow into living their most fulfilled life. My goal is to help create positive change so people can live their best lives. Like most of you, I have faced trauma, parenting struggles, and health problems. Being a parent, adult, or child is not easy. We don’t always know how to deal with what life throws at us, and it is so easy to fall into unhealthy patterns. These unhealthy reactive patterns may maintain many of the issues we face today. The problem is, we don’t always know that we have unhealthy habits. Eventually, we resort to avoidance, withdrawal, and other unhealthy self-destructing strategies to cope with our thoughts and feelings.

I am committed to continuously refine and develop my therapeutic practise to provide you with the best and most effective therapy to ensure the best outcomes for you. There is no ‘one-size-fits-all’ therapeutic approach.> I have a flexible therapeutic approach and will adapt my therapeutic approach to your needs as we are all different. I would love the opportunity to take your hand and walk next to you on your path to reclaim your life. To break the chains of patterns that feed your problems and be witness to you as you discover healthy ways of coping with life’s curveballs.

Please do not hesitate to reach out to me if you have any questions.

I understand that taking this first step is never easy. In a way, the fact that you are reading this page shows that you are ready to pick up the oars.  I would like to invite you to contact me, and I will get into the boat with you and together we will row to the shore.

I have worked in the health and mental health sectors for over ten years working as a therapist and group facilitator. During this time I was fortunate enough to support various populations, including persons experiencing Domestic Violence, Sexual Abuse, and Children struggling with emotion regulation.
